We run a small private room rental business located in the heart of the border region of Austria, Italy, and Slovenia.
Our house has four double rooms and two single rooms, all of which have been completely renovated.
Our location is a perfect starting point for day trips in the heart of three cultures.
Whether enjoying our magnificent lakes and mountains in the summer or hitting the slopes in the winter, you'll find plenty of ways to have a wonderful time.
Our accommodation is ideal for single nights as a stopover on your holiday or business trip, or even for a longer, relaxing stay.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer breakfast at our house. However, we recommend that you have breakfast at our excellent bakery/café Selitsch, just a 2-minute walk away, which opens at 5:00 AM, or at Café Central across the street, which opens at 7:00 AM, and at 8:00 AM on weekends. You'll be treated to fresh pastries, coffee, and snacks. Start your day flexibly and exactly the way you like.
